Buyers are responsible to bring your own help to move and carry large furniture. There is no one here to help you move large items. Buyers must be prepared with all packaging materials for items. Any items not picked up by date will be considered forfeited. No exceptions. No shipping.

There are 2 ways to enter the velvet mill.
1.)( experience the mill) See the restaurants, shops, brewery etc.
Park in the main parking lot of the mill and enter near Zest Bakery on Bayview Avenue.
----Walk past bakery and go up the ramp.
----(Look for Fun & Funky sign in hallway on ramp)
----Stay to your right as you walk through the courtyard past the restaurant seating.
----Walk straight down until you see our blue Fun & Funky Vintage sign.
OR
2.) Option #2
Bypass the main parking lot and continue down Bayview Avenue (Mill will be on your left)
------Drive straight (about 15 seconds) until you see the white "OUR STORE" grocery sign on your left.
------Street park anywhere around that area.
------We are the entrance to the right of "grocery store" when facing the building.
(There will be an A-frame sign at our entrance)
------Walk down hallway, take a left, look for our Fun & Funky Vintage sign.
****If you come down Meadow Avenue (which runs parallel to Bayview Ave), continue straight down until the stop sign, take a right onto Bayview, (mill will be on your right. Street park 3 doors up on your right and enter the building here. There will be an A-frame sandwich board sign outside of our entrance.
OR continue down Bayview (mill on your right) and park in main lot, follow above directions.
