HI Jeniffer, If you were unhappy with the shipping price you could have called and I could have tried to intervene on your behalf. If something arrived damaged that's a shipping issue. Call them! If you got insurance then it should be covered. It wasn''t damaged when we listed it. We would have described damage in our description. I don't know what kind of scam you are thinking of. You live in Colorado and it's definitely more expensive to ship from NY to Colorado. rnUPS comes to the house, pick up the items and ship. They do not charge for picking up. So, I'm not sure what you are thinking. Anyway, your $4. item should give you lots of pleasure. It is rather nice. Wish you the best with future purchases.
