BUYER BEWARE! I purchased a lot of 24 books, the books were shipped to me 2 weeks later and I only received 23 books. Coincidentally the book missing was the reason I purchased the lot in the first place as it was a valuable collectors book. I contacted the auction house. She said she didn't know what happened. She was not present when the lots were picked up by the delivery company so could not confirm if my items were correct or in full when shipped. She tried reaching out to the seller, (sent her a text) and then nothing. No contact until I reached out again to find out what was going on and she said did all she could do. After purchasing the lot, paying a large amount for shipping I did not receive what was offered and poor customer service on top of it all. So again, BUYER BEWARE.

Chris, that is quite a scathing review considering that I went back-and-forth with the homeowner who I told you was non-English speaking. She refused to allow me to come back into the house and I told you that. I offered to give you your money back which was like $39 for 23 books. I asked the homeowner if I could come into the house so I could look for that one book and she wrote a one word answer, which was, no I don’t know what else you think I can do in this situation. I offered to give you your money back and you would’ve ended up with 23 free books. I looked at the books in the photos online with you. I couldn’t figure out why that book would’ve disappeared as it wasn’t at one of the ends of the pile of 23 books and I suggested you speak to UPS. You never got back to me.
