We have been providing estate and tag sales in the Long Island region for many years. Often homeowners who can not have a traditional tag sale ask for help. We decided that it's time for us to present a traditional tag sale in a somewhat different manner and therefore provide services to many more Long Islanders. Picked it up without figures and weights. I was in contact with the auction manager and patiently waited for them to ship these out for literal months. When it was shipped, it was only the weights. I asked about the figures, and they said they didn't read my text right and had no idea where the figures were. So essentially, I didn't get the item I paid for. Really just overall bummed and a little frustrated that 1. it took so long and 2. they lost a core part of my item.

I'm sorry Mckenna. I had stayed in touch with you and you kept saying that the weights delivery was not a big issue as you were moving. I recall shipping them to Michigan or Minnesota to your parents house. The figurines were not what you thought they werre. They were plastic, not expensive metal pieces and they were add-ons, by the owner, not original to the clock. Not valuable. I apologize then as I do now. The apt. where the merchandise was, was in a coop in Queens NY. Management shut the pick up down as the attorney who arranged everything didn't have proper authorization for the pickup and as a result, everything was packed up and moved to another location. Somehow those birds and weights were misplaced. I found the weights but I couldn't locate the birds. I am very sorry. If I find other finials like that, I will send them on to you.
