Full House Auctions

Please contact us with any questions PRIOR to bidding and at least 48 hours PRIOR to the close of auction.  

All Items must be picked up during the listed pick-up times and at the listed pick-up location.  All items not picked up by the end of the scheduled pick-up window will be considered abandoned and disposed of with NO EXCEPTIONS.  No refunds will be given for abandoned items.  

Buyer is responsible for bringing their own packing materials, tools and assistance to help carry/load their items.  There will be no one available to help remove or load items.  If you arrive and are unable to remove your items within the pick up times listed, your items will be considered abandoned and no refund will be given.  

We do offer limited in house shipping.  In order to keep costs down, We DO NOT ship furniture, oversize items, or any lots that are listed as "Contents of...".   If you are unsure if we are able to ship a particular item, please contact us prior to bidding.  We are unable to give any shipping quotes prior to purchase, however, We will choose the most economical shipping method available for each item and we do combine shipping where feasible for all items within one auction.  If you require shipping, You must choose the shipping option when you register to bid for one of our auctions.  There is no need to contact us if you request the shipping option unless you have questions about the process   

There is a 20% buyers premium on all lots sold.  Full House Auctions will charge the Credit or Debit Card you have on file with Auction Ninja for the hammer price of all items of which you were the high bidder, plus the buyers premium and all applicable sales tax.  Your card will be charged within 24 hours of the close of auction. 

We begin to process shipping requests AFTER the scheduled pick up date.  As long as you chose the shipping option when you registered to bid in the auction, you do NOT need to contact us.  We generally take 1-7 business days to process shipping requests.  You must ensure that your COMPLETE address & phone number are correct in your Auction Ninja account.  If a shipping carrier determines that the address you provided is insufficient for delivery, we must charge you any additional carrier fees that are imposed to correct your address (ie: no apartment Number).  

Full House Auctions will automatically charge the Credit or Debit Card you have on file with Auction Ninja for the actual cost of shipping plus materials & handling charges at the time shipping costs are calculated.  These charges may appear on your card as USPS Shipping charges or if another carrier is used, they may appear simply as charges from Full House Auctions.  In order to maintain low shipping costs, we generally do not provide quotes prior to charging the card on file.  If you have any questions regarding shipping, please contact us.  There are no refunds on any shipping charges.  

If you are a tax exempt reseller, you MUST submit your paperwork directly to Auction Ninja PRIOR to bidding.  Full House Auctions cannot process any tax exempt paperwork and cannot issue any sales tax refunds for items purchased prior to  Auction Ninja approving your paperwork.  Please contact Auction Ninja directly if you have questions regarding tax exempt status.  

All Items are being sold AS IS WHERE IS.

Although we make every effort to accurately describe all items being sold, no statement in our catalogues, invoices or elsewhere shall be deemed a warranty, representation or assumption of liability with respect to age, condition, size, quality, provenance or material of any of the items offered for sale.  If requested prior to 72 hours of auction close, We will attempt to provide additional information on an item as a courtesy but only as an opinion, which should not be regarded as a statement of fact.  The absence of a condition statement does not imply that the lot is in perfect working condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging.  All Sales are FINAL.  Any item purchased and removed from auction cannot be returned.
