I wasn't able to pick up the item because I caught the Nora Virus and could not even get out of bed. I emailed but heard no response from the team. I'm not sure where my winnings are at this point unfortunately since I can't get a response. Would still love to pick them up

The seller misrepresented a necklace as butterscotch Bakelite. She did not specify the item was untested. Once I received the necklace I contacted her via email and attached a video of myself testing the necklace for Bakelite to which she did not respond. I finally called and explained the issue. She stated "they have appraisers that list the items and never test anything." She was not about to admit their mistake. She stated she would only provide a refund if I shipped the item back to her on my own dime as the vendor "must have the item in hand". I shouldn't have to pay for the shipping on account of their bad business. If an item is listed as "butterscotch Bakelite", buyers shouldn't have to question if it has been tested. And if items are untested, note that in the listing as other reputable sellers do instead of misleading buyers. This is false advertising, dishonest & bad business.
