Walter Granville-Smith 1918 Listed American Signed Original Oil Canvas Knightly Figure On Horseback

1918 Painting by Listed American Artist Walter Granville-Smith (1870-1938), Signed & Dated, on lower left, this Original, Oil on Canvas, mounted on board and is dated, 1918. It appears to be a French (fleur de lis on cloak) Armored Knight on Horseback - possibly Joan d'arc - with a 'Prince Valiant' haircut. There is some bubbling, most notably, on left side. There may have been some retouches or restoration over the decades. It is in Good Antique condition.
2 1/2" Wide, Gold/Brown wood moulding is included.
Canvas measures 20 1/4 x 26 1/2.
Outside of frame measures 25 x 31.
