Vintage Canadian Inuit Eskimo? Hand Carved Serpentine Sculpture Abstract Seal

Vintage Canadian, Inuit, and/or Eskimo Artist Signed and Dated, Serpentine sculpture of a seal, we believe, as it has no visible ears. Laying on its side you can make out the eyes and face, but this artist turned it and balanced it on their flipper, creating an interesting pose. It is smooth and unblemished, Very Good to Excellent Vintage condition.
Seal measures approx. 3 1/2" Tall, 1 1/2" Wide and 6" Long.
