Renee Z? Mid 20th Century Modern Artist Signed Original Watercolor Black Cat In Garden Framed

Mid 20th Century (1940's-50's), Modernist Original Watercolor, on paper, laid on a board and Signed by Artist Renee Z?, on lower right, depicts a Black cat in a garden landscape, sitting among potted plants and flowers. It is framed in a 1 1/8" Wide, wood moulding. The outside is black while the grained, natural wood finish has a gentle scoop, ending in a black bead decoration on the inner lip. There is no glazing.
Image opening measures 5 3/8 x 8 3/8 and is in Very Good Antique/Vintage condition.
Outside of frame measures 7 5/8 x 10 1/2 and is in Very Good Vintage condition.
