Reclining Nude Henri Matisse School Signed Original Ink & Watercolor 10K White Gold Frame

Fascinating, Original Watercolor and Ink on paper, of a reclining nude figure, painted in the style of the French Master, Henri Matisse (1869-1954). It is Initialed on lower left - "HM". We are not attributing this piece to anyone, but it is done in his unmistakable style!. It is in a very high-end framing presentation.
It is framed in a 3/4" Wide, 1 1/4" Deep, 10K Antiqued White Gold finish moulding with Closed Corners and a Linen duplex (built-up) mat with a black bevel and glass (possibly UV reducing). The finish is a bit scraped (more than antiqued) but everything else is in Very Good condition.
Image (duplex mat) opening measures 13 1/2 x 22 1/2.
Outside of frame measures 21 1/2 x 30 1/2.
