Original Watercolor Artist Gina W Signed Waterscape Mist Waves Crashing Over Rocky Shoreline

Fine Watercolor of an active Waterscape. Waves crash down on shoreline rocks causing a wonderfully delicate mist (think Niagara Falls). It is signed by the artist, on lower center/right, Gina Wa???, not sure. A first-rate work from a late 20th C. artist. Lovely framing presentation!
It is framed in 1 1/2" wide, 1" deep reverse moulding with Antiqued Gold finish, a cream colored acid free mat and glass.

Outside of frame measures 18 3/4 x 25 3/4.
