Listed Hungarian Artist Herman Lipot Signed Original Oil On Canvas Still Life Flowers In Delft Vase

Listed Hungarian Artist Lipót Herman (Eastern Europeans often sign last name, first) Signed, on lower left, this Wonderful Impressionist Still Life. It is an Original Oil on heavy linen Canvas. Under the signature we believe it says "1931-1932", but is difficult to make out for sure. Depicted is a lovely assortment of flowers, in a Delft Blue (Dutch tin-glazed earthenware) vase. Sensual brushstrokes are evoke the work of Van Gogh (1853-1890).
3 3/4" Wide, Antiqued Gold scoop wood moulding that includes a one piece duplex (built-up) Linen liner with a gold lip, is included in this listing.
Canvas opening measures 17 3/4 X 21 1/2 and is in Very Good Antique condition.
Outside measure of the frame is 25 1/2 X 29 and is in Very Good Antique condition.
