Listed American Artist Grif Teller Plate Signed Etching - Passaic Bank With Figures 1929

Listed American Artist Grif Teller (1899-1993) Plate Signed this Etching on Rag cotton rag paper, c. 1929. Well known for his later Pennsylvania Railroads artwork, this Realistic (and somewhat Geometric) image depicts 3 people outside the impressive, arched, stone and glass entryway to The Passaic National Bank and Trust Company. 1922 is written in the cornerstone, on lower right. Nice Impression and still quite sharp though there is a small damage (and writing) on the lower border. Name and address, on reverse, may be a previous owner?
Paper measures 7 1/4 x 9 and is in Good Antique condition.
