Judaica Colorful Torah Scene Plate Signed & Stamped Lithograph Norm Altman Framed

Celebratory Torah scene as men and Rabbi's parade the Torah scrolls under the the rays of the sun. Tt is an Original, Plate Signed and Atelier Stamped Lithograph on slightly deckled cotton rag paper. It is mounted on a matboard and framed in a 2" Wide, 1 1/4" Deep, Antiqued Gold Reverse moulding with glass.
Paper measures 13 x 19 and is in Very Good to Excellent condition.
Outside of frame measures 19 1/2 x 25 1/2 and in Good condition with a few nicks.
