Jack Bilander 1959 Listed Signed Original Polychrome Aquatint Etching "boy Feeding Pigeons" Rustic Frame

Listed American Artist Jack Bilander (1919-2008) Signed and Dated, on lower right, this Marvelous Park Landscape with Figures and Animals. It is also Titled, "Boy Feeding Pigeons", on lower left. One-piece, hand wrapped, linen liner and rustic, angled wood, reverse frame are included. There is no glazing. The image has some waviness but the image is in Good to Very Good Vintage condition. The framing presentation appears to be original - early 1960's.
Frame is 1 1/4" Wide, 1" Deep, Angled Reverse in Rustic/Distressed condition.
Image (mat) opening measures 12 1/4 X 17 1/4. Mat had minor spots.
Outside of frame measures 20 1/4 X 26.
