Hugh McDougall 20th C. American Signed Original Watercolor Surreal Imagery One Piece Linen Liner 22K Frame

Mid 20th C. American Hugh McDougall Signed, on lower right, this Original, Surrealist, Expressionistic Watercolor, and possibly Gouache, on paper depicting exotic towers, radiating energy in alternating orange and off-white rings. It dates from the 1960's.
It is framed in a 3/4" Wide, Antiqued, 22K Gold, Flat/Beveled moulding with a one piece, linen, duplex (built-up) mat and glass.
Image (mat) opening measures 12 x 19 1/2 with 2 stains at bottom of mat.
Outside of frame measures 19 3/4 x 26 3/4 and is in Fair condition with some scrapes and corner loosening.
