Dutch Master H J (Ber) Mengels Signed Original Oil On Canvas Figural In Landscape Framed

20th C. Master Dutch Artist Hubertus Johannes Mengels aka 'Ber' Mengels (1921-1995) Signed, on lower right, this Original 1960's Oil on Canvas. It depicts a peasant family that performs for a living. Eldest man, at left has his guitar while his son? trains a 'dancing' bear. Women take care of the campsite and tent, behind them.
It is framed in a 3" wide, carved gold and black scoop moulding with a gold lip on the inside.
Canvas measures 20 x 24. Canvas is in Very Good Vintage condition.
Outside of frame measures 25 1/4 x 29 1/4. Frame is in Good Vintage condition with a few minor scuffs.
