Charles Levier Signed Original Watercolor Winter Landscape

An Original, Signed Watercolor by French artist Charles Levier (1920-2003). A beautiful painting of the countryside landscape, with homes on a hill, in the dead of winter.
It is framed in a 1 2/4" Wide Green (mostly) and Gold (highlights), and Acid free mat with a matching angled filet and glare reducing glass.
Image (mat) opening measures 18 1/2x 24 1/2 and is in Very Good to Excellent condition.
Outside of frame measures 28 x 33 1/2 and is in Good Vintage condition with a few scrapes.
