Antique, Early 20th C., Original Oil on Canvas by a talented artist, this marvelous Still Life, Flowers in a Vase, is unsigned. Heavy, swirling, almost painterly brushstrokes depict an assortment of semi-arranged red, yellow and white flowers in a wide, blue, decorated vase. There is craquelure, and minor waviness throughout, though that seems to add to the character of the piece.
Canvas measures 20 x 25 1/8 and is in Very Good Antique condition.
