Antique Hand Colored Oval Engraving 'icart' Style Artist Pencil Signed & Titled "Rosita"

Antique, Hand Colored, Artist Pencil Signed, on lower right, Oval Engraving, on paper of an 'Louis Icart' style glamorous and stylish Woman. It is titled "Rosita", on lower left, and depicts her gracefully walking in her strapless evening gown and yellow and black, fringed shawl. We cannot make out the artist's name. We believe it was published in the 1930's and is in Very Good Antique condition w/ a few small smudges near the frame. Please see images for condition.
3/4' Wide, Embossed, Gold wood moulding is included.
Oval image measures 12 x 16 1/2.
Outside of frame measures 17 x 21 1/4 and is in Good Antique (possibly original) condition.
