Antique Gold Thread Icon Embroidery M/M Paint & Fabric King On Throne Framed

A truly amazing, Hand Embroidered and Painted, Mixed Media Antique, in the 'Icon' style (Byzantine) of a King, on his throne, being presented a bowing man, by the King's Vizier. The faces and hands appear to be painted, possibly on fabric (satin?), while gold thread highlights the crowns and robes of the King and his advisor. Other parts of the robes, carpets and curtains are more thickly threaded.
3 1/2" Wide, 2 3/4" Deep, Glossy Black Wood frame with and antiqued gold lip and glass are included.
Image opening measures 18 3/4 x 24 1/4 and is in Good Antique condition with some issues - a missing piece on upper left and some folding.
Outside measure of the frame is 25 1/2 x 31 and is Fair but Solid condition. Structurally sound but missing decoration damaged edges.
