Allen Ulmer Listed American Realist Signed Original Vintage Watercolor Rural Farmhouse Landscape Framed

Listed American Realist Allen Ulmer (1922-1990) Signed, on lower right, this Rural American Landscape. It is an Original Watercolor on paper, circa 1970's. It depicts an abandoned farmhouse in autumn (leafless trees). The house is still in good shape, with the door, at right, wedged open. The color palette is still quite vivid. Painting is reminiscent of the works of Andrew Wyeth (1917-2009).
1 3/8" Wide, Embossed Gold scoop moulding (scoop is painted dark green), double mat and glazing are included.
Image opening measures approx. 7 X 10 1/2 and is in Very Good Vintage condition.
Outside of frame measures 14 1/4 X 18 1/4 and is in Good Vintage condition - mat has darkened a bit.
