19th Century Antique Original Oil J Jansen Signed Mountain Cabin Landscape With Figures

Richly painted, Antique (c. late 19th C.) Mountain and River Landscape. It is Signed, on lower right, J. Jansen. It depicts a farm or mill (with waterwheel) with 2 figures between the streams and soaring snow-white mountains in the background. It is in Very Good Antique condition with an old round patch repair on reverse.
It is framed in a 3" wide Antique Gold scoop moulding, deeply carved around the corners and chamfered on the reverse. There is corner cracking and loose corner decorations.
Canvas measures 20 x 28 and is in Very Good Antique condition w/ 1 round patch repair (see last image).
Outside measure of the frame is approx. 25 x 33 and is in Poor to Fair condition w/ cracks in all 4 corners, yet it has a surprisingly sturdy feeling.
