1993 Signed S. W. Ellis Limited Edition Lithograph Risque Egyptian Princess Moonlit With Panther & Pyramid

This is a 1993 Original Limited Edition Lithograph, Signed by the artist S (can't make out the first name) W. Ellis, on lower right. Artwork is in Very Good condition. It is Numbered 2/300 and depicts a Cleopatra-like image, standing in a towel, discreetly covered, with a full moon and a pyramid behind her. A Black Panther protects her as a man emerges from the water at her feet.
1 1/2" wide, Larson-Juhl frame, in a gold/silver/black finish, with a one-piece, hand-wrapped, built-up (duplex) mat with Silver lip and glass is included.
Image (mat) opening measures 23 X 31 1/2. Artwork and mat are in Very Good condition.
Outside of frame measures 32 1/2 X 40 1/2. The frame has some nicks and scratches - Good condition.
