1959 Italian Artist Signed Modernist Nude Figures Original Ink On Paper Framed

A talented Italian artist, "Meli"??, created this Original, Hand drawn Ink, on brown paper. It is Signed and Dated (1959, possibly '54), on lower right (might say "Rome" at far right). Four nude figures interact in this enigmatic piece.
It is framed in a 5/8" wide, green and gold wood moulding, with glazing.
Image opening measures 12 3/4 x 18 1/2. It is in Good Vintage condition with minor crinkling.
Outside of frame measures 14 x 20. It is in Good Vintage condition w/ a few scuffs.
