Listed Italian Felice Vellan Signed & Dated this Original Tempera on paper. It is Dated, 1934, on lower right, next to his signature. Villagers travel down a dirt road with white domed buildings gleaming in the sun. Black border around scene was drawn by the artist and is not a mat. Artwork is in Good to Very Good Antique condition.
Framed in a 1" Silver wood reverse with glass. Frame is in Fair to Good condition.
Paper measure 19 3/4 x 23 3/4.
Outside of frame measures 21 1/4 x 25 1/4.
