18th C Antique Historic Hand Colored Copper Plate Engraving Map "L'Italie" By Robert De Vaugondy-Delamarche

Original map of pre unification Italy. It shows the kingdom of Naples, Papal States in the center, the republic of Venice, the Duchy of Milan, among cities like Florence in Tuscany. This is a 1794, Hand colored edition by Robert de Vaugondy/ Delamarche, from 'Nouvel Atlas Portatif', an 18th C. atlas. It is in Very Good Antique condition w/ a fold down the middle.
1/2" Wide, Silver wood moulding with a twisted rope design, acid free mat and glazing are included.
Image (mat) opening measures 10 x 12.
Outside of frame measures 13 1/2 x 16 1/2.
