Always fast pickup. Always helpful.

The items of which I bid on were all waiting for me in one area of the house. The young man running the show was very helpful and was able to disconnect the speaker wires to the stereo system I bought. Another young man by the name of Crew helped me to my car with all the plants and other items I purchased. I was very grateful, as there were some steps in and out of the house to my car. I look forward to seeing where they will be next! Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. And the items were all as described and better in person!

Great organization. Fast pickups.

Did not receive what was described. Received 3 items all the same thing, did not receive VHS/DVD combo, which is why I bid on this in the first place. BUMMER!!

Pro: was contacted by Jorge within 2 days, saying sorry and mix up would be fixed. I should expect a response by Monday.
Con: it is now Friday and have not heard one word back.

Pulling all interest in Fairlight Auctions going forward. I tried to support a local "little guy" business, but maybe they have lost sight of what really matters.

I have bought items from Fairlight Estate Sales before and each time they are helpful, professional, and clearly know how to take care of business. Pick-up today was a mess but that was the location of the house and not Fairlight's fault. They had more than enough help and I was picking up a ton of items. They had multiple people helping and the entire process was very efficient.
