Excellent experiences having purchased from several of their auctions over the last couple of years. My most recent was above and beyond! I had an issue with my email (my fault) and didn't realize it until the day after scheduled pickup. I reached out immediately, he was fantastic in communicating and working with me to get my item. I bought a chair listed as "Good used condition" and looked good on the pictures. It had a broken arm and a tear in the cushion.
The Seller apologized about the bad experience and gave me a refund for the item, re-earning my trust and changing my rating to 5 stars. I would work with them again immediately if I had any concerns.
