Large papier mache tropical bird sculpture rests on his brass swing. Vibrant colors are hand painted by the artist. Signed & numbered 71/100. Bustamante was born in Sinaloa, Mexico in 1949 & is renowned for his whimsical sculptures inspired by nature & mythology. Internationally acclaimed, his work is found in private collections & museums around the world. Bird measures 7" x 8" x 37". Brass swing is 16 1/2" W x 22" T. The bird on his perch is 43" T. Like new condition.
