If a bid is received within 5 minutes of ...view moreitems closing, 5 min will be added. If you see any item you wish to bid on. DON'T WAIT UNTIL THE LAST DAY or the last 5 mins to bid. We are not responsible for lost bids or computer errors. All items are 'AS IS" Condition with no guarantee of condition or working order or authentic. We do our best for any condition issues but we are not responsible for errors or omissions. If you have any questions about any item, you must email us 24 hrs before auction closing. We will not answer any calls or emails during the auction closing. You must register on auction ninja prior to bidding. All information must be correct including the shipping address, email and contact number.

SHIPPING:
If you would like your item(s) shipped, please email us ASAP after the auction.Shipping is 10-14 business days from auction closing. We ship USPS Priority Mail. All China, Glass, Art or very fragile items will be shipped VIA UPS Store in Lynnwood, WA. Your card on file will be charged for ALL Shipping charges. If your card is declined for any reason, we will make one more attempt after contacting you, if it is still declined, we will return the item(s) to our inventory. We charge a minimum of $5 for all shipping and handling. Example: Shipping cost is $10, we will add a Minimum of $5 additional to cover labor, packing materials etc.
Address on File: You are responsible for making sure your address on file for shipping is correct.

PICK UP:
All items being picked up are VIA Appointment. You must email us after the auction with your preferred pick up time. If you do not request a time, or notify us it creates a delay in pick up. If you cannot make your pick up time, you must text us immediately. Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and you will not receive a refund.

Items in this auction have possibly been used or show wear unless noted as new. We are not responsible for errors in condition or defects. By bidding on any item you are bound by any terms and conditions of purchase and all items are as-is. We do our best for all descriptions of items noted but we are not responsible for errors. If you have a question about any item it is the buyers responsibility to ask any questions about any lot.
There are no refunds, exchanges, credits etc. If for any reason a CC is disputed, the published terms and conditions will be provided to the CC company.

*** All fine jewelry items will only be shipped to the registered address on the Auction Ninja Account. In addition the purchaser will be required to provide a copy of drivers license before shipping / release of jewelry.
