I've bid on a number of auctions run by JESOD and have never had any kind of issue. I've always only had very positive interactions, which is why I keep on their list. They're very professional, helpful, and efficient.

Terrible pickup time. Friday night? Traffic made it not even worth it. Chaotic pickup experience, but the staff did try to help. Revised the rating because the traffic getting to the pickup was terrible and that may have affected my experience.

Many lost or out of place items. Little to no organization. Refunding people money. Interesting experience to say the least

Good auction. Would have liked to see more pictures of each item. Would probably have bought more.
