Scratches on painting not visible in the dark muddy photos. Pickup was exhausting walking around the house with a child who was working there, she was helping me get the items I won. She was very polite and trying to help but I went from one room to another hunting for the pieces. From an older persons point of view it was way to complicated to take the entire tour of the house to pickup a few items.

I get being busy but being friendly is important. Not the most helpful.

Terrible pickup time. Friday night? Traffic made it not even worth it. Chaotic pickup experience, but the staff did try to help. Revised the rating because the traffic getting to the pickup was terrible and that may have affected my experience.
