I purchased aHardy fly reel with an extra spool ,however I only received the reel no extra spool. I left two phone messages and one text message, with no response. Poor customer service. Beware! I'm happy with the refund, and the way things worked out.

spent almost $600 on a variety of items, one being a grill that showed the propane tank as included. When I got the grill home the tank was not in the cabinet below the grill as pictured. I tried to reach out the same contact number I'd texted to pick up and got no response. This was very disappointing. A partial refund or a 2nd meeting to get the tank would have been my preferred outcome but I couldn't even get a response or an apology. I don't think I'll be buying from this seller again.
