**We will use the credit card you have on file with auction ninja for your shipping charges, and you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.
**We will add $10.00 to each shipment for handling costs. We will begin shipping your items approximately one week after the auction closes.

Items must be picked up at the scheduled pick-up times or they will be considered abandoned without refund and your account and bidding privileges will be canceled.
You are responsible for bringing your own packing and moving materials; as well as appropriate vehicles, tie-downs, and manpower. We do not supply packing materials or tools. Labor may or may not be available to help you carry your items, so please plan accordingly.
We do our best to make pick-up as fast and efficient as possible. We handle orders on a first-come, first-serve basis. ***Please note, we are the busiest between 10:00am - 11:00am. Please consider delaying your arrival if you are in a hurry.
