Estate Antiques is my favorite Auction Ninja seller. Rob, the owner, has the coolest stuff, and is a really nice guy. Highly recommended!

I can not stress enough how terrible this auction experience was. I have over 100 invoices with Auction Ninja and have never left a bad review. It started with my first order - the address wasn't sent until after pick up ended. When I tried to talk to Rob about it - he said "No one else had an issue. Only you". Looking at his reviews, that's clearly untrue. He was not apologetic and was incredibly rude. I held off leaving a review because I thought it might be better in person. It just got worse. At the pick up, he accused my husband of leaving bad reviews, then handed him his invoice and said "Good luck". My husband then spent the next two hours moving the concrete statues through the clients' yard and home while Rob smoked cigars. He was rude and irritable the entire time. My only advice on this auction house is to stay as far away as you can.

It was listed as a pickup in Plainville. No location was sent until the day of pickup and I didn't get it until after the pickup was over.
Turns out the pick up was in Forestville.

Rob is personable and friendly. Items were as described. Individual/custom pickup was unique. I actually preferred it over the usual wait-in-line approach.
