Made in USA. Not cheap made in China scooter that are flooding the market. The owner started with a Schwinn bicycle and built a very nice chopper motor scooter. The Sting Ray brand seat, wheels and tires have been added. It powered by a 69cc engine that starts easily and you benefit from the under 70 cc engine and therefore lack of many restrictions.
