Antique Chinese Yoke-back Chair, Lot 1

Unknown era, this pair of antique Chinese yoke-back chairs are being offered separately. Originally purchased from an antique dealer, this style is sometimes referred to as Official’s Hat. Unknown age. The sturdy yoke back , the curved arms supported by S-shaped brackets, the carved dragonesque emblem on the back splat are all in good condition.
