Please respect the pick up times listed. All winning bidders for shipping will be contacted for shipping quotes and approval prior to shipping. We charge $10 minimum for handling and is variable based on the total ...view morecontents of package, time and material. We offer savings on shipping through our business account with stamps.com and in house shipping.
For large items please coordinate pick up times. We will be hosting in person picker sale during pick up time of auction so please plan accordingly. Cash and card accepted.

BUYER SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS:
Each lot contains a photo indicating if the lot is available to be shipped.
Purchased lots will be shipped the following week after the auction closes. Invoices for purchases will be emailed to you from epicestateservices@gmail.com.
If you are choosing to have your lot shipped, please add your signature to the invoice that was emailed to you and provide a photo of your ID. We will contact you for the shipping quote and will charge card on file upon approval. If shipping is not approved item will be forfeited. We use commercial rate shipping and it is up to bidder to determine if they will be able to afford shipping costs based on size of item, number of boxes, weight, distance and packing material needed to safely ship. Buyers may add additional insurance at buyers cost, however Epic! Does not hold liability for items lost or broken in shipping and will not issue any refunds. We will email you a tracking number once your lot ships after we receive your approval.
LOCAL PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS:
There is NO flexibility on the local pickup dates or times. If you do not show up for local pickup, your items will be forfeited and will not be refunded.
Buyers must pick up their lot at the designated sale location within the assigned time frame, as stated in the Pick-Up & Shipping Details tab within the online auction and/or on their invoice. At the pickup location, we handle orders on a first come, first serve basis.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ASSISTANCE FOR PACKING OR MOVING ITEMS, UNLESS ITEM DELIVERY IS PURCHASED (see below). Buyers are responsible for bringing their own packing/moving materials, appropriate vehicles, tie downs and assistants for lifting/transporting items. We strongly recommend that buyers measure the dimensions of the items purchased, as noted in the online item listing, to assess whether it will fit in their vehicle. WE WILL PROVIDE PACKING MATERIALS FOR AN ADDED FEE AT PICK UP.
If buyer is unable to fit the item in their vehicle (before or during local pickup), we offer item delivery for a flat $100 fee per item (adjustable based on several items being delivered) , which can be arranged ahead of time or during local pickup.
If the buyer fails to bring help and is unable to remove their item during the scheduled pick up time, AND FAILS TO COMMUNICATE AN ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION there will be a $100 restock/removal fee.
REFUNDS:
No refunds will be issued once items are won in the online auction. Please contact Auction Ninja for instruction on how to retract your bid if you accidentally bid on items you do not wish to purchase.
Please make sure you are wanting to purchase and able to pick up or afford shipping before placing any bids on items in auction.
No refunds will be issued if:
- Buyer does not provide signed invoice and photo ID for shipping
- Buyer does not show up for local pickup
- Buyer is unresponsive via email/phone
