OCAL PICKUP INSTRUCTIONS:

There is NO flexibility on the local pickup dates or times. If you do not show up for local pickup, your items will be forfeited and will not be refunded.

Buyers must pick up their lot at the designated sale location within the assigned time frame, as stated in the Pick-Up & Shipping Details tab within the online auction and/or on their invoice. At the pickup location, we handle orders on a first come, first serve basis.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE ASSISTANCE FOR PACKING OR MOVING ITEMS, UNLESS ITEM DELIVERY IS PURCHASED (see below). Buyers are responsible for bringing their own packing/moving materials, appropriate vehicles, tie downs and assistants for lifting/transporting items. We strongly recommend that buyers measure the dimensions of the items purchased, as noted in the online item listing, to assess whether it will fit in their vehicle. WE WILL PROVIDE PACKING MATERIALS FOR AN ADDED FEE AT PICK UP.

If buyer is unable to fit the item in their vehicle (before or during local pickup), we offer item delivery for a flat $100 fee per item (adjustable based on several items being delivered) , which can be arranged ahead of time or during local pickup.

If the buyer fails to bring help and is unable to remove their item during the scheduled pick up time, AND FAILS TO COMMUNICATE AN ALTERNATIVE SOLUTION there will be a $100 restock/removal fee.
