I bid on 2 necklaces and waited for nearly 2 months, only for the items to wander to nowhere. The representative was EXTREMELY rude and aggressive when I tried to contact, acting as if they have nothing to do with the loss of my items, and said that he's trying to be "patient" with me and will "lose it" if I continue to push for the finding of the items (and for his response, which seemed to only come after I sent multiple text). If you're lucky enough to have your items arrive, congrats. But if your items have issue with shipping, good luck.
It has been over two weeks since I won some auction items. I have yet to receive any instruction or billing for shipping. Who do I need to talk to?
