I picked up my items on day two. I noticed I was missing a box of items from a Lot that I had purchased. Come to find out another customer mistakenly took my box on the first day of pick ups. Tyler and his crew went over and above to track down the missing box of items. Once Tyler had everything he contacted me for my address and arranged a time to drop everything off at my home. I would use and recommend Epic Estate Sales to anyone based on the their commitment to make everything right. Thank you Tyler and crew for everything.
I saw on the website there was an "alternate pickup" in Lakewood, but when I emailed and asked about it, I got no reply.
The auction was delayed, causing pickup to be on a different day than when I placed my bid. I had to rearrange my weekend to pick up on new day.
Auction was held in a geographically undesirable area. Lakewood would have been much more proximate.
Porcelain figurines were packed in ziplock bags with no padding. Two figurines were beheaded. Hat was lost to an elf.
No ability to pack fragile items on my own, as indicated from website.
No reply from several emails to Tyler.
Maybe he doesn't work Sundays, however, he expects auction buyers to pick up on Sundays.
Changing auction end dates after bidding starts is not cool. Not going to be using Epic again.
