DUE TO UPTICK IN FRAUD, ALL NEW BIDDERS WITH AN ORDER OVER 1,000 MAY BE ASKED TO VERIFY IDENTIFICATION VIA VIDEO CALL. BUYER MUST BE NAMED ON ORDER AND HAVE A MATCHING ID TO THE NAME ON CARD ON FILE.
ORDERS WILL BE SHIPPED 1 WEEK AFTER CLOSE
Unless you want an item shipped to a different address than what you have as listed on your auction ninja account then you do not need to send an email other than sending your signed invoice! We will automatically ship you your package in the days following the auction. For shipping costs, we will charge the buyer's card on file.
shipping starts at $15 and can range upwards of 40$ depending on insured value of your item (i do have a $5 dollar handing fees to cover ink, paper, tape ect) I only ship 2 day priority and all packages over 100$ must be fully insured . Eliyaahs Estate sale finds follows FOB shipping protocols. (once an item is scanned by usps it is now considered your property, because estate items are not stock they are not eligible for replacement due to lost or stolen packages.) if an issue with shipping occurs i will do my best to assist in the insurance claim process. Any mailed items over 1,000 $ will be restricted delivery with return signature confirmation.
For unfamiliar/new clients any order over 1,000 May he asked to verify or pay via wire transfer for their first purchase
Important: if you want a tax exempt status you must input your tax exempt information and certificate (You must click the Tax Exempt Button located directly under the Upload Certificate Box to receive the Tax Exempt Status!!) before bidding! or for new bidders when you set up your account.)
Please be aware many times there are multiple photos for each lot. Just click on the cover photo to open the file and see all the available photos and pertinent condition information.
The auction begins to close at 9:00 EST if you are interested in an item please place your highest bid earlier, I’ve had reminders set and missed out on due to late closing (this late time is to give those on the west coast sufficient time to bid) Each auction lot will close 50 seconds apart which extends the auction ending for at least an hour and a half. If people are actively bidding on an item then that item will extend an extra five minutes from the last received bid. Please keep that in mind as you plan to bid. It is a soft close so no drop in snipe bidding
Payments by credit card only thru the Auction Ninja website. Please read directions on the Auction Ninja website carefully.
An email will be sent out to winning bidders with their invoices, shipping charges will automatically be charged to your card on file 1-2 days after auction ends
It is the responsibility of all buyers to manage their deliveries, this is why we insure them.
All auctions are as is where is non refundable( all jewelry is tested and authenticated ) bid accordingly

This is a shipping only auction unless you’re known to me and my estate sales. I’m more than happy for new customers to discuss pickup!
Lastly, all packages must be shipped to the address on file. If it is needing to be sent to an alternative address I will need to be sent an ID or mail parcel item with previous address and name which matches the name and address on file
This is for safety of all card holders and customers, I appreciate all understanding and cooperation in regards to this safety protocol.
Since it is shipping I may ask for identification for items over 1,000k $
Lastly, I offer in house shipping as a courtesy for buyers and to keep shipping cost low.
I insure everything, once the package leaves my custody the responsibility of its arrival is on the buyer. There are no refunds as it is an as is where is auction, everything is insured and any lost packages will have to be filled for a claim through the courier by you the buyer. these are mentioned in my terms and condition.
upon winning you will be sent an email with you invoice, if you are choosing to have your item shipped you will need to digitally sign or print off and sign and send me the picture of your signed invoice.
