This was my first time buying from this seller and I ordered an expensive pair of earrings and paid for shipping. Instead of sending them, they sent me a completely empty box (except for the invoice and a single piece of tissue paper) instead of the earrings I ordered. I have reached out to auction ninja and the seller and will be contacting law enforcement. I cannot believe auction ninja would have someone like this selling on their site it makes me think that the sellers are not being properly vetted.

Hi Cassandra rnAs discussed we most definitely shipped the earrings, we do shipping in house and no these were for certain shipped. Unfortunately we have incidences of items going missing from boxes mid transit. I have sold even higher priced items and their owners were fully satisfied, I am regretful that your first time buying from us was such an awful experience! Your order was fully refunded and we have taken the matter up with the postal service. rnI invited you to create a police report of missing items as well since I know for sure these earrings were shipped, again my apologies for this matter.
