-Pickups are Friday 11am-2pm and Saturday 11am-4pm by appointment only. You will receive an email at the close of the auction that includes instructions for pick up, and a link to make an online appointment for ...view moreyour pick up. Appointments are on a first-come first-serve basis, so we suggest that you schedule as soon as possible.
- For local pick up- Picking up your purchased items is mandatory. Should you not pick up your winnings, your items will be shipped to you at your expense, or a fee will be assessed at our discretion. We are understanding of situations, and can accomodate those who communicate with us.
-For shipping - Shipping insurance is required and anything over a $100 purchase will be charged the USPS insurance rate.
- As we ship so many items per sale it is difficult to provide everyone with tracking information. We will provide tracking if it has been over 10 days from the close of the sale and you have not received your shipment yet.
- Your package ship date will be the day that you see a charge from your credit card on file.
- If you have non-sufficient funds when your items are to be shipped, it will be your responsibility to correct this with us. Please reach out to us, or follow the email instructions to correct your unpaid invoice.
