Box of cds had tons of empty cases, amp was junk bought as working, collectable cards had been wet at some point was not described as such in listing. Bought a box that claimed it was "model cars" not a single one in the box.

This items was listed incorrectly. The table height was listed as 39.5", but it is only 28" high. I bid on this lot for the height of the table - I wanted a counter height table. Can I return this item and get my money back?

We try very hard as a company to balance speed with accuracy, however (much to my husband's surprise) as humans we can make mistakes. All purchases must be picked up within scheduled times, at an agreed upon appointment. Should you NOT be able to pick up your items at your appointment, please contact us to make arrangements, or the items will be forfeited. Lots will not be broken up, and are sold AS IS. Shipping: Select lightweight items, smalls, jewelry, and other items that are small can be eligible for shipping. You are responsible for the shipping costs. Please do note there is an $8 fee per box for shipping transportation and packaging. If shipping costs are not paid, the item is then forfeited.
