HOLY GRAIL!!! BLANK DISCO HOLO SHADOWLESS BASE SET TEST PRINT - 1 OF 4 AUTHENTIC COPIES IN EXISTENCE!!!!!!!

THIS IS A MUST HAVE FOR ANY COLLECTOR OR INVESTOR - A TEST PRINT "DISCO" HOLOGRAPHIC PATTERN CARD FOR THE SHADOWLESS POKEMON BASE SET!! Don't let the "excellent" 5 grade by CGC throw you off; this is one of only 4 in their system, the highest graded being a 6.5!!

The exact purpose of these sheets remains uncertain, but it’s possible that Wizards of the Coast (WotC) was experimenting with a new holofoil pattern for the Unlimited run cards or perhaps the Fossil or Jungle sets. Former WotC Lead Typesetter Chris Nitz even is quoted as saying that multiple foil tests were being conducted, stating, “There were tests run on a variety of available foil stocks. This is likely one of them.”

There are two types of "blank" shadowless disco test prints - the TRUE "Blank", like you see here, as well as a "FILLER" card, which has around 20 copies graded. THIS IS THE RARER OF THE TWO!!

The card features square edges and was likely cut from an original sheet, such as the one shown here. Test prints were typically not cut at the factory, and even when they were, the cards often skipped the corner-rounding process. Due to the niche nature of these items, CGC Trading Cards does not distinguish between factory-cut and non-factory-cut test prints.
