ABSOLUTELY INSANE FIND!!! If you are a serious Pokémon collector, you are already aware how truly jawdropping this card is; this is not just a blue back, but a blue back with NO NUMBER, making it the insanely rare 1st edition of the already very rare Topsun 1995 Pokemon cards (which pre-date the 1996 pocket monsters cards!). We cannot see any visible flaws anywhere and this actually looks like it could regrade as a PSA/BGS/CGC 9!!! "Bid the card, not just the grade!!"
During the late 1990s, Top-Seika introduced Topsun cards alongside their chewing gum packs, marking an early chapter in Pokémon card history. Each pack contained two randomly inserted cards, adorned with captivating artwork by the renowned illustrator Ken Sugimori. Among these treasures was a striking portrayal of the beloved Charizard. As time passes, the rarity and challenges associated with grading raw cards—stemming from factors like age, cardstock quality, manufacturing quirks, and dwindling sealed product—only enhance the allure and investment value of these pieces. The 'Blue Back' designation signifies the initial printing, while the "No Number" variants hold a special status as the earliest editions. Owning one of these cards means possessing a tangible fragment of Pokémon lore and a true artifact of its enduring legacy.
