Victorian Papier Mache and Mother-of-Pearl Inlaid Tilt-Top Tea Table, Mid-19th Century. The shaped oval top inlaid with a view of the ancient Abbey of Mont-Saint-Michel, (located on the coast of France between Normandy and Brittany), within delicate berried leaf and bead-and-reel borders, tilting above the double vase-form pedestal and lobed base, each gilt with vines and berries, raised on trefid feet.

The Abbey of Mont-Saint-Michel is located on the coast of France between Normandy and Brittany.
