My definition of good may not be the same as yours. I offer previews and welcome you to look at the items. I am not an appraiser so I cannot determine the value or condition of items. I photograph them as best as possible. If you’d like shipping and an FaceTime preview, I can work with you as well. Shipping is offered for this one through the UPS in Derry, NH Please email Store4686@theupsstore.com for estimates. There are a lot of fragile items and we are not responsible for packaging them. We will do our ...view morebest to get them safely to UPS, but not liable for any damage that occurs during transportation. An account must be set up with UPS prior to drip off. There will be a handling fee charged according to individualized order. Please text auctioneer for estimate if concerned. Small items that can be sent via USPS in a small envelope or priority box without possible damage can be arranged, please check prior to bidding. ALL SHIPPING REQUESTS MUST BE DONE BY SATURDAY! Items will be grouped at home and taken to UPS on Monday and Tuesday. Any items not requested to ship or picked up by the end of pickup will be forfeit. There are no holds. If you cannot make this pick up time, please contact auctioneer prior to auction close for alternate request. We will do our best to accommodate, but there are no guarantees.

This is located on a busy street. We strongly request reserving a pickup window immediately following close via TEXT. Your request will be handled in the order it was received. Please bring boxes and help. We will do our best to have your items pulled by your arrival to help expedite a speedy pickup. But, we do not have staff to help with furniture so please bring any help you may need. If you purchase any large items and would like to come the day following the auction close, please feel free to make an appointment to decrease traffic and complications on pick up day.
